A Numberless Recipe: The Eating

Let’s make WONTON SOUP!

2 stalks green onion

Soy sauce

Frozen wontons

First, you can take the wontons out of the freezer and transfer them from the baking pans to Ziploc bags. This makes it much more convenient in terms of storage space.

Chop the green onions into tiny little pieces as shown.

Divide bunch into bowls.

Add approximately 1 teaspoon soy sauce. And then set aside.

Boil water in a pot of some sort (we use a wok). Put however many wontons you want into the boiling water.

Bring to a boil again. Then add a cup of cold water. Do this three times to ensure that the wonton filling is fully cooked.

While you are waiting for the water to boil, add boiling water to the soy-sauce-green-onion mixture.

Once wontons are cooked, remove them from the water and transfer to your bowl of diluted soy-sauce-green-onion broth.

Now it’s all ready to eat!
